Recipe for Enhanced Ramen 2: Asian Cole Slaw

My mom's friend would always make this type of thing for gatherings and whatnot and I decided to create my own version of this awesomeness, which is listed below:

Cole Slaw Ingredients:
1 package ramen (chicken or oriental flavor, your choice)
1 package cole slaw mix
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup snap peas
1 cup chopped mixed red/orange/yellow peppers
3 chopped green onions
1/4 tsp ramen flavoring packet

Asian Dressing Recipe:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger (powder or from a squeeze tube works)
1/4 tsp cilantro paste (or 3 tbsp fresh cilantro)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt/pepper to taste

Combine cole slaw ingredients into a large salad bowl. Pour dressing into the bowl as needed. Toss and enjoy! Note that this makes at least 6 servings!
