Healthy Hummus Recipe

1 can chick peas
1/3 cup tahini paste (sesame - found in any supermarket)
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp sun dried tomato
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
3 handfuls fresh spinach
2 tbsp honey dijon mustard dressing
3 shakes red pepper flakes
5 shakes chili powder
3 shakes oregano
3 large squirts of lime juice
Salt/Pepper to taste

Blend up in a magic bullet or blender on "puree" and serve with pita or veggies. Enjoy :) It takes about 20 or so minutes to make and is great for a party!
