Typhoon

As my thoughts and prayers go out to the families impacted by that awful typhoon and tornado in Washington, IL, I want to convey to people to not have a defeatist attitude towards this type of situation. Tragedies are the worst possible things that can happen, and we need to continue to move forward and rebuild ourselves!

Below are some links that can keep you updated on relief efforts and lead you to websites to donate to assist victims in need. Every bit of help counts! Feel free to pass this page along to try to raise all the money we can! Together with unselfishness, we can achieve anything and make a difference!

Somber stars strive to eat life alive...
They burst into a deadly explosion
Leaving many defeated,
Others destroyed,
And even more derailed…

Why must a natural cause cause devastating damage?
There isn't much to salvage…
But there's even more to ravage…

A typhoon is sighted containing senseless terror
Like a sickly tornado ready to wreck havoc on the town...

The storm's strikes scattered…
Scathing us
Tailing us
And ailing us...
We can only retrace, revive, and rebuild!

We can't stay down forever
There is always a way to rise from the ashes
No matter how far away the ladder is...

Hope always exists
No matter how thick the clouds are
Just try
Reach for the sky
Never give up from the nasty climb
In order to restore the ruins,
Provide peace for the fallen souls,
And to begin again, in what shall be a new beginning!
