The spirits in my heart are trying to take over
Where is the bay?
It’s all over the place…

Nothing makes sense anymore
As I’m trying to escape through the dark depths of hell
What do I do?
I can ward off the demons and chill.

Relax!
Before you fall on over
For the demon to take over
Why must it be me?
There’s a reason for that
Take a deep breath
And make sure to release the warrior inside!

Still hanging in there
Before I get even sicker
I don’t need a doctor
I need a miracle and a prayer
What I can’t see
Is where I need to be
Before the ship sets sail without me…

Relax
Why be so stressed out all the time when fresh air is everywhere

Breathe
That’s what the unlimited amounts of oxygen are for.
It’s time to level yourself out!

Meditate
Go zen yourself into bliss mode
And escape from life for a bit!

Calm the fuck down
Stress is a lot more harmful than it looks…
Can cause physical harm
Enough to annihilate an entire farm…

Relief!
Go and get some!
You need it!
Sleep soundly and float along to victory!

Take Flight

Take a deep breath...
Smell the crisp fall air blowing wind in your hair...
Sit down, read a book, stick your face in a pile of bliss
You must dismiss yourself from the grind and enter the flow...

Flow to make your heart grow
Flow to find some information you do not know
Flow like a float whispering in the sky,
But don't fill the balloon too far or it shall explode...

Explode like an overflowing volcano looking to drain its excess lava
Explode to know your insides are fluttering too much
There's too much helium in this balloon which is holding on for dear life
And putting up a great fight
Which thankfully there's no needle in sight...

Take flight, take flight, take flight...

You hear those words being chanted omnidirectionally
As your heart and your body flood with cortisol while you try not to lose your soul to Uncle Sam...
Your eyes are filled with sand when you wake up in the morning at sleep deprived o'clock to go work for the man in corporate desk job land...

Isn't that just grand?
Especially if you feel you have nowhere to land
While being surrounded by people who could be your parents,
You wish you could be in the office and release a ferret for fun...

The fun has just begun 

The fun of causing a ruckus where everything is black... and white... and boring, which causes snoring,
But making noise will lead to soaring...

Take a risk
Color outside the lines
Go zen yourself out somewhere to get the cortisol to stop flowing everywhere.

Take a break from the norm before becoming terribly bored, especially when you're young
As there is tons of fun to be had and more leisure and relaxation measures to suit your pleasures...
While the stress melts itself away...

You again hear the chanting from the birds, omnidirectionally: "take flight, take flight, take flight" it's time to live your fucking life!
